Can I send child health details through the form?

No. Please do not send detailed child health information, Medicare numbers, or other sensitive information through the support form.

Can Nuco Tech give medical advice?

No. Nuco Tech and Nucentra cannot provide medical advice and should not be used for urgent medical questions.

Is the support form private?

The form is intended for private support requests and should include only the minimum information needed for us to help. Spam protection such as Cloudflare Turnstile or reCAPTCHA can be added as needed.

What kind of feedback is helpful?
