- Current care summaries that bring recent records together for your own review.
Plus availability depends on the installed app version and release stage. It does not add cloud sync, family sharing, clinician access or an AI assistant.
Local-first privacy, explained plainly
The current release does not require a backend Nucentra account and does not provide active cloud record sync, family sharing, clinician sharing or a web portal. App data is designed to stay on your iPhone or iPad by default.
Normal Apple device or iCloud backups may include app data depending on your settings. Any export you create is controlled by where you save or send it.
